Abba Our Father




!While is was meditating today, something very powerful was brought to my heart! The more I meditated on what was placed on my heart, the more alive my relationship with God became. As you read the scriptures in the Old testement only Isaiah addressed God the Father as FATHER!

Isaiah 64:8 Yet, O LORD, you are our Father.
We are the clay, you are the potter;
we are all the work of your hand.

After that no other prophet made metion of God as father until JESUS himself came to flesh and began to show people the importantance of the relationship with God as our Father!

Matthew 6:9"This, then, is how you should pray:
" 'Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,

The fact was before Christ there was always a high priest or prophet involved in contacting the Lord! And rarely ever did God have relationships with People, unless there where in fact Prophets. Now because of Christ, not only do we have the opportunity to serve the lord and pray to him directly because of the great sacrifice of Jesus, but now we have the chance to have a father child relationship! Today think, meditate and ask yourself this one question, is my relationship with God a father daughter, father son relationship or do you still address God as God. The Lord want's a father child relationship with you, he wants you to address him as father, love him like a father, treat him like a father and he in turn wants to show you a Fathers love, a Fathers dedication, a Fathers openness to a child that is willing to be open and honest with him. Please know this one powerful thing he Loves you dearly, you mean the world to him, he will move heaven and earth just to spend time with you, he wants you to love him, trust him and delight in him.. ABBA your father in Heaven, Jesus Christ his son Love you so so so much!! Don't ever think difffrently! If things aren't working the way you need them to work. Trust God and know he has your best intrest in his heart and he in no way shape or form is out to bring you harm but in turn wants to bring you Joy! If you are happy he is happy, but when you are sad he is sad to!! No human will ever love you the way Father Does!!!!
